Deeply involved in his community, Morales has contributed significantly to educational outreach programs in the Brownsville, Texas, Independent School District. He has participated in career day events, sharing his knowledge and experiences from the medical sciences and martial arts, aiming to inspire and educate the next generation. He dedicated 11 years to the “Say No to Drugs” initiative in Brownsville, advocating for health and safety.

Morales is also an active member of the Knights of Columbus, engaging in various philanthropic and community service activities that align with the organization’s mission. His commitment to community service extends to teaching self-defense classes and promoting safety, health, and a drug-free lifestyle. His tenure as a coach and contributor to the Taekwondo Junior Olympics from 1994 to 2011 further highlights his dedication to martial arts and community mentorship.

Morales holds black belts in multiple martial arts disciplines, including Aikido, Hapkido, and Taekwondo. As a former Director and Professor of scientific research at IOM Dental University in Mexico, he spearheaded research in dental pulp stem cells. His investigations into the toxicity of heavy metals using chelating agents like DMSA and DMPS have been pivotal.

His roles have included Chief Medical Officer and Research Director at Advanced Light Devices LLC, where he led innovative medical technology projects, and Director of Medical Research and Development at NanoMedTek LLC, where he advanced the field of nanomedicine. Notably, he played a vital role in the HIV/AIDS Research Campaign in 2001, utilizing photodynamic therapy.

Despite his professional commitments, Morales’s greatest joy comes from spending quality time with his three sons. Whether it’s enjoying a movie together or engaging in shared hobbies, family moments are cherished and paramount.

He has held significant positions, such as the Director of Research and Development at Umbilical Cord Blood Bank ALES/VIDACORD and the Director of Rio Valley Medical Clinics, where he focused on a range of specialties from nutrition to photodynamic therapy.

His academic roles have included positions at notable institutions like the Instituto Politécnico Nacional Escuela Superior de Medicina and the IOMA Dental University in Mexico City. Morales completed his B.S. in Biology at State University, Matamoros, Tamps, Mexico, and pursued Medical studies at Universidad Valle Del Bravo in Reynosa. He holds a Medical Degree from Universidad Centro De Estudios Tecnológicos, CONES RD, with postgraduate studies spanning Family Medicine, Obstetrics, and Gynecology at Texas Tech Health Science Center, and various specializations, including Hyperbaric Medicine and Medical Ozone Therapy.
