Morales completed his B.S. in Biology at State University, Matamoros, Tamps, Mexico, and pursued Medical studies at Universidad Valle Del Bravo in Reynosa. He holds a Medical Degree from Universidad Centro De Estudios Tecnológicos, CONES RD, with postgraduate studies spanning Family Medicine, Obstetrics, and Gynecology at Texas Tech Health Science Center, and various specializations, including Hyperbaric Medicine and Medical Ozone Therapy.
